My Review:
★★★★☆ (4 / 5 stars)

Heal is the gut-wrenching conclusion to Connor’s wild ride where he must finally face his demons and save his friends. I would suggest reading the previous books before reading this, though. The story continues from Scar, when Connor and Bethany had a run-in with Curtis Ray. A lot happens in the story, especially toward the end, which I didn’t see coming. The story had evolved from Connor’s story, and the struggles he’d gone through, and focused more on Bethany when it was all said and done. In a way, the story came back full circle.

I have a special place in my heart for all these characters, especially Connor, who literally had to face the world. And through it all, he managed to leave behind a legacy.

There is love, plenty of suspense, and very tough subjects that are addressed throughout this book. And the bittersweet ending will definitely play with your emotions.
